So a couple questions I am hoping some knowledgeable people can help answer. Do the bounty posters in diamond city ever run out? Or is it like a radiant quest like the BoS police station quests are.

Last question: is there a bounty poster similar to diamond cities in goodneighbor or any other town/city?

Hmm, I only got 3 and then they stopped.

They run out of bounties after 5 are completed

Never even figured out where to cash them in so never bothered after the first.

I believe they resolve automatically. There's no one to turn them in to ("no reward, just any loot you find", if I recall correctly), so it just gives you the XP for completing the mission right away.

Well that is very lame that they just run out...

Ran out after two and I'm not certain but it may be because you can actually do a bounty w/o even knowing it and have it count.

kind of a shame, too. I haven't done them yet, but could be interested. Knowing there's only five is a bit of a bummer.
