Hello, I have been attempting to make a bow with an enchantment that it allows it to make a blast of fire when it is used to bash. I have the enchantment set to use the Fire Blast shout with a different sound, but I cannot find a condition to start the effect that has to do with bashing. I tried to study the Papyrus of Targe the Blooded, the shield which does bleeding damage, but it's Greek to me...

I am very new to using the Creation Kit, and have very little experience with any form of coding language. As a side question, if I were to take a class on a more popular code language (i.e. C++ or Java), which is most similar to Papyrus?
