Description
====================
You're a mad scientist who's discovered a way to bottle the essence of other beings from their brains!

A new perk, "Brain Chemistry", gives you the option to harvest the brain from humanoid corpses. After collecting enough brains, bring them to your My First Laboratory to brew Brain Juice, which when consumed, gives you some boosted or special traits for a limited time. Most Brain Juice effects are a bit milder than regular Chems, but last longer and are not addictive.

Brain Chemistry perk requirements:
- Level 4
- Medicine 30
- Science 30

Brain Juice Effects (10 minute duration):
Human: INT+3, PER+2
Ghoul: INT+3, PER+1, Rad Resistance +20%
Super Mutant: STR+1, INT-1, DR +20%
Feral Ghoul: INT-1, Rad Resistance +20%, Movement Speed +30%
Glowing One: INT-1, Rad Resistance +50%, Rad Healing (Ambient radiation heals you!)

Since you're eating brains, will it give you bad karma? Awesome idea by the way.

Awesome. Is extracting a brain a crime? You might consider making it one as I'm fairly certain that most the civilized people of the Wasteland would find it offensive.

Edit: now that I think about it, I guess so would taking an ear or a finger... nevermind

Well, you're not eating brains, but you do lose a little karma when harvesting a human or ghoul brain (see the video). I didn't make it a crime, although I suppose that would be reasonable.

I made a stupid mistake in the initial v0.9 release that prevented you from selecting the perk during normal level up. If you've installed that, please get the latest version which fixes this.

No, but WeiJieSen made that suggestion, if you also have the Robotics Expert perk. I may add that when I have some further things to update.

Looks awesome for a mad scientist character (duh)! But, can you also harvest brains when the corpse has no head from a headshot? Or what about energy-weapons critical deaths?

That wouldn't make a lot of sense, now would it? ^_^ Same goes for ash & goo piles.

This is such a grim mod (but fun regardless). What sort of mods are there that compliment it? I have an urge now to create a proper evil scientist character thanks to this mod.

Maybe take a look at my mod "Sybils Secret". It adds a lab to experiment with the slaves that you can catch with FNNCQ. Bloody lab coat included ;) .
