At the beginning of Old World Blues, you find out that your brain, heart, and spine have been surgically removed and replaced. At the end, we can choose if we keep the replacements or reattach the real ones. Do you keep the replacements or take back your original parts?

i find the mechanical heart to be a god send when dealing with cazadors or scorpions on account that it makes you immune to poison.

I didn't really think about the bonuses too much, I just decided I liked having my real brain but I was fine with the rest being replacements, like I was part cyborg but having a fake brain made me more of a robot.

Turns out the artificial heart is AMAZING out in the wasteland.
