I was creating my first NPC when this error popped (I have a picture but the forum won't let me post any links):

If I click Ignore or Retry I get this weird gray face and different body skin that won't change in any way.

What I've tried:

*Changing the presets does nothing.
*Playing with face tint layers does nothing
*Starting over and trying again doesn't work.
*I've tried disabling all my mods (Not that I was loading any plugins. Just Skyrim.)

I'm at a loss for what could possibly be wrong.

Hope this is the right spot to ask for any advice : /. Wondering if I should do a full wipe and redownload Skyrim?
