Very. I welcome this, even though I plan to replay with multiple characters rather than just build one character up into an invincible superman. But if this means a single character can eventually gain every skill ... woo boy, some on this forum are not going to be happy.

It's just a quick note from the official Facebook page for Fallout: "To our fans who've asked: Fallout 4 doesn't end when the main story is over and there is no level cap. You can keep playing and leveling."
