Ok so here is what happended:

I went to that aventus guy (steward of balguuf) and i bought the house ( i used the breezehome glitch and got it for free) i entered the breezehome, it was pretty empty and boring without upgrades, so i went back to the steward, got the upgrades went back to breezehome, everything worked fine and then i noticed there was a wepon rack and it didnt let me activate it or let my place on anything.

Is there a fix on this bug, i looked it up and some other people are having the same glitch.

When you glitch something in the game you risk messing up the coding sequence for the rest of the factors related to the glitch.

Had you just bought breezehome properly this most likely wouldnt have happened. Load an earlier save from before you went to the steward and purchase the home for 5000 gold, if the problem persists live somewhere else.

I had that problem a few times. It usually eventually fixed itself after just going about my buisness questing or whatever. And when I cam back it'd mysteriously suddenly work. On a rare occasion i had to reload an older save before I bought it as it fo some reason never fixed itself, but that was a long time agon and I really haven't had a problem since. Mind, I don't normally buy Breezehome. I prefer the one in Riften or Windhelm (Which I wait to buy until after I help the Empire overthrow Ulfric, the bigot. "Nords Only" indeed!)

Well i am doing the main quest now so when i am done i will check and i probably wont have that house much longer, i am going to finish one of the DB quest which gives me 20k coins, and i will buy either vlindrel hall ( mararth) or honeyside (riften)

I had this issue as well, but it only affected weapons which were named. I could put an ebony bow on the rack, but I couldn't put Angi's bow on it (the one I wanted).

Not sure if this makes a difference, but I did put an enchanted bow on the rack. Came back later, removed it, and tried Angi's bow again. This time, it took.
