This is the only one I can answer off the top of my head -- Sybille Stentor, the court wizard in Solitude.

1) Depends on the Breton

2) famous Breton Vampires? "Jakben, Earl of Imbel". formerly know as "Spring Heel Jack", a once famous thief. (look him up on UESP)

3) many forsworn are Bretons

4) depends which races

5) Amaud Motierre (A Client in the Dark Brotherhood) is a Breton, and member of the Elder Council (The Elder Council being a Political Body that rules the empire ain an Emperors absence)

6) Tiber Septim may have been a Breton.... Lore seems quite iffy on what his exact race was.

7) depends on the Breton. a Breton loyal to the Empire would worship the Imperial Cult, but we have seen many Bretons throughout the series that don't (The Forsworn worship the Old Gods, there are Bretons who are Daedra worshipers)

8) not sure on that one...

9) not sure

10) not sure

6. Pelagius III was Breton, and I think that makes him Dragonborn (being Septim and all).

I was hoping the Immortal Blood book would say something. His name sounds Breton.

I see nothing in Immortal Blood mentioning his racial lineage...

With Dawnguard added he bears the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/File:SR-npc-Movarth_Piquine_02.jpg of a Nord, though nothing is actually specified. I must say that he looks exactly as I imagined he would.

I think that is just one of his possible appearances.

the fact his Race is listed as Radiant makes me think it changes randomly, or based on other external factors

1. Nope. They're often belittled by Nords because of their Merrish heritage.

2. Sybille Stentor is a vampire.

3. Not at all. Bretons hate the Forsworn, and Forsworn do not even consider themselves Bretons. Unless you are making a Forsworn, you would not help them if you don't have to.

4. In a sense.

5. No clue. Court Mage (Sybille Stentor), maybe?

6. There are claims that Tiber Septim was a Breton; Hjalti Early-Beard.

7-10 are rather trivial, tbh.

Prior to Dawnguard his race was radiant, but with Dawnguard installed that is Movarth's default appearance. I can also verify that he no longer respawns as a radiant race as I've cleared his lair several times recently to acquire Volkihar thralls.

5. Perhaps, Mirabelle Irvine as Master Wizard in the College of Winterhold.

6. Jauffre (a Breton) was Grandmaster of the Blades at the time of the last Septim.

1. Nords and Bretons have shared a lot of history since the Nords arrived from Atmora. Many Nords helped push the Elves out of High Rock and Nords made settlements along the coastline of High Rock which over time became absorbed into the High Rock society. the Breton city of Daggerfall was founded by Nords. Talos (Tiber Septim, Hjalti Early-Beard) was a Nord raised in High Rock.

3. Half of the reach is still in High Rock. Bretons have as much hate for the Forsworn as the Nords due to their wrongful practices. Though Forsworn are Reachmen who are racially Breton, they have strange practices including Hagraven & Briar Hearts.

4. High Rock don't get on with Orcs. I doubt they have much love for the Altmer & the Aldmeri Dominion due to their history of enslaving and abusing the Breton's ancestors.

6. Talos (Tiber Septim, Hjalti)'s mother may have been a Breton due to pictures possibly depicting him similar to a Breton rather than a Nord. Legends and tales suggest he was however from Atmora. Hjalti Early-Beard is obviously a pure Nordic / Atmoran name but that only confirms his father's ancestry. Children in TES take the mother's looks (though hopefully this is just due to programming limitations and they are just like reality)

8. Least favourite race is probably the Orcs as Orsinium used to be in High Rock and Orcs were often attacked and accused of being savages by both Bretons and Redguards.

10. Favourite weapon and armor is probably a staff and a robe / clothes as they are more of magic based society. Those that do favour armor is probably Mithril as it is ideal for a spellsword (low stamina / good defence) and was available in High Rock during TES II: Daggerfall. Forsworn is an example of Breton ancestral / racial armor. Bretons also get bonus stats in alteration for armor.

Captain Renault was a high ranking Blade as well (She was leading the squad evacuating Uriel when the Mythic Dawn were trying to kill him... although, she was the first to die...)

7. Bretons gravitate towards elven deities like Phynaster, a few of the Nine Divines (Julianos, mainly) and Magnus. Presumably in the wake of Mannimarco's ascension some worship him.
