Do Bretons Worship Talos? If So, How?

I've seen loads of examples from both Cyrods and Nords worshipping the mighty Talos. The Imperials venerate the statesman aspect (Tiber) while the Nords revere Talos the warrior (Wulf). But I don't think I ever seen a Breton or a Redguard (except for the farmer on his way to Windhelm) even mention Talos. Redguards I get, becuase they have an antagonistic outlook towards Sep who Talos is standing in for. But what about Bretons? Do they see him as some all powerful battlemage (Zurin)? Do they think it's all Imperial propaganda? Do they aspire to transcend mortality like he (they) did? Anybody got some answers for me?
