If you look at your save file, it should have play time listed on there. It'll say something like "3 days 16 hours 51 mins." Just need to multiple the day number by 24 to get hours.

Isn't that seperate for each file though. If you start a new game does it go back to zero or continue on as is? If the OP is looking for the total time spent playing fallout all together, including reverting to older saves and/or new games I think looking at a save file might not be accurate.

Yeah, I believe it is. In that case, you'll just need to add your play file times together.

If one has been overwritten, I don't know of another way.
