Ok Brink I love you but,

Whats up with the layout that I set up on my game only to be wearing trash bags and a helmet with spikes on it.. LAME. Totally defeats the idea of customization.

Oh my [censored] god... Is the whole team bots are my team bots? I thought I was playing MP? I am? Oh because this feels like the single player just the missions are in different order. SERIOUSLY WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS. I WANT TO PLAY AGAINST REAL PEOPLE I DONT WANT TO LOOK GOD MODE ON A BUNCH OF BOTS. HALF OF THE TIME WHEN I EVEN KNOW IM DOING SOMETHING WRONG AND THAT IM GONNA DIE THEY JUST RUN STRAIGHT PAST ME........................... Are you kidding me?

Another thing you guys switch off voice chat on standard? Wtf why? Most people are gonna play that and not pay attention to the other modes.. Why was that a good idea?

Somethings in Brink should be on " Come on Man " because honestly splash damage COME THE [censored] ON.

The game was made intentionally to be able to play individual, co-op or multiplayer.

It was a game design choice. Some like it some don't. And isn't this a good lesson that we should pay attention to to game designs and pay attention to other modes? Now that you know, what is the problem?

Most of us who researched the game prior to buying it, knew how it was going to be designed.

I researched this game for awhile so I knew about the voice chat during normal games not being on, but there are some other major issues that are killing this game. I still personally love it but they need to be fixed and there needs to be some high praise from gaming sites and magazines before people decide to come back or give it a try. Playing in a normal (now 4 on 4) game kinda svcks when it is actually 6 humans vs 2 humans so you get completely rolled because the AI will hardly ever match up to human players. Medics running past me, engineers never going toward an objective, there should never be a game where there is such a clear mismatch in human vs AI on each team.

The problem is not whether he researched or not because obviously he has. I suspect he has the same issue I have. Most people don't research and give up on the game which is why I can't find games to play against humans on the 360. Sure I might find a game here and there but it happens way too often where I can't find a game period. Seriously? In a new game?

I understand that it was a game design choice. Terrible design imo and its killing the game. No party matchmaking? You have to research the game to figure out how to join games where people use voip? Really? I think the research that needed to be done was on SD's part....not the gamers. Get with the times man! Stop making excuses for "design decisions" that were obviously POOR.

For an unproven dev (to the mass gamer) to think they can dictate people to have to research the game to do simple things like finding games when there wasnt a problem with party matchmaking to begin with is beyond me. Bad business decisions that are leading to this game's failure and the saddest part is that its not the gameplays fault...its these "design decisions" you insist on defending. Sad.

1. Did you switch teams during the round? Because if you do, you'll become one of the characters in the cutscene until you die, it's just a minor bug.
2. Most people just playing don't wanna hear team chat and they have no killcounter like in CoD where you press a button to mute someone.

I hope that helps

It doesn't. Why make the decision for me and not even give me a choice? In any other game I can just mute you? Now I don't even have a choice LOL....terrible. Unless I "research" how to join gamemodes that let me talk when other games make that much more simple. Idiotic!

I'm beginning to lose enthusiasm for this game. I'm not going to trade it until it gets update. If there's no update then it's Sayonara.

I usually can't stand it when people complain about stupid unimportant things, but this is something that every single person that's playing this game should be complaining about on an hourly basis until it's fixed.

Glitches and lag are a part of gaming with new releases.Seems that SD is dedicated to fixing these issues, but the fact that it's such a hassle to group with friends is unforgivable.

No lobby system,no proper matchmaking system, and no clan support is THE main issue with this game.I'm part of a gaming community that likes to play together as a team.Well it's kinda hard to do that when there really is nothing in this game where you can form a team.

Don't get me wrong,I love this game and think that it's a definite new direction of greatness in the FPS genre, but they really dropped the ball on this aspect of it.

MAG has a perfect lobby and clan system, and I just don't know why SD couldn't have taken a page out of their book.Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it's running on P2P servers(I'm on PS3),I'm not sure, but I really hope that they can make this game more clan friendly in the future.

ok at some of the previous posts, have you ever played team fortress 2? no lobby system there and the game is fine so that obviously isn't whats killing this game.

Yeah, but how many platforms is that game on?

I'm not saying that not having a lobby system will kill the game, but it would be a very good idea for PS3,but that's just my opinion.

They should definitely make voicechat open on standard matches. It's one thing seeing that a medic 'should' be on its way but if I can call out their name and tell them I'm coming, that's something else. Also how can you say this game is about teamwork if you're not allowed to communicate? Like .. I mean.. how.. why? :/
