Just a heads up, I was wondering two things, is the pre-order bonus early unlocking of the items? Or you get those items and nobody else does? Also, BRINK is tied to Steam, so this will get me the game on Steam right? When I add the key?

some pre-orders have extra skins for weapons that need to be unlocked. others have exclusive weapons that are only new models of other weapons (the ceasar revolver has the same stats as the ritchie revolver, etc.)

As far as I know all items contained in the Psycho Pack are exclusive to those that preorder them. However, the clothing are purely cosmetic and the weapon/attachment although unique in appearance, are equivalent to other items found in the game.
