I have a NTSC Xbox 360 and now live in Europe. i wanted to know if I can preorder it here or do I have to order it from the US?:D

Discs in Europe must be PAL if they're Europe XBOXes, so I have no idea.. To be honest, I think you're safer with pre-ordering from the USA

I'm going to assume it's not region locked, as I've seen it tossed around several times on these forums and on SD's forums. While I'm not 100% sure. I'm confident this is the case. I can't see a reason for them intentionally fracturing their community.

If you own a NTSC Xbox, you'll need the NTSC game-disc, afaik.

Does your XBox work on European TVs or is it connected to a HDready/FullHD Plasma/LCD?
If it works on PAL TVs, perhaps it can actually read PAL discs.

Let me clarify: I haz the x360 slim ntsc, and It plays on Pal Tvs. For example, I already have the Pal version of Portal 2 and it works just fine, but that game is region free so it doesn't matter.

BRINK has not been said to get a region lock.

So you should be fine with an Euro-version then.
