It's a week boost rather than a something dramatic like a month, and the game has been delayed a few times so it is ensured that its most likely done. However, this is a really big problem for me. I'm still in school, doing finals, 2 hours away! Take an extra week of having the game Gold. Damn you Bethesda, you're taking the common man down with your flexible calendars and lack of demands from your developers!
