So previously I just started playing Skyrim again. Originally when I stop playing for a total of a few months, I start from scratch. I had all my mods deleted and what not, along with save files.

Anyway, I started playing again with some mods loaded, and at the start of a new game when the player is taken to helgan on cart (or suppose to) the cart itself doesn't move. First I thought this was a glitch from the mods, so I deleted them, and deleted the game and re installed it without the mods. Same effect.

I'm going to test my other games to see if I'm having this issue, but how can I fix this?

Did you have the mod Helgen Reborn or is it Helgen Rebuilt. That mod can not be active on a new game.

Also how did you delete the mods.

I don't have either one. I first uninstalled the mods before uninstalling the game. That's when I deleted them to create a clean file for my re install game. Even without the mods, the results are still the same.

I'm thinking if I use one of the tutorial skip mods, this would fix the issue.
