AI is broken: molotov grenade spam need to be fixed

Enemies have infinite weapon ammunition, which is mostly fine for small guns and so on. But it seems in this game it can extend to molotovs and grenades, which NPCs have perfect accuracy with from remarkable distances. This is immersion breaking and simply not fun to deal with, especially when on some difficulties a single one can kill you instantly.

It's good that these are a tool AI can use to force the player out of comfortable positions. It's not good when they're perfectly accurate and spammed at you indefinitely, ruining immersion and forcing cheesy playstyles. Molotovs also do too much initial damage, they should be less like an actual grenade and more focused on area denial.

A good chunk of early game combat gameplay for me is just trying to position myself far enough away from molotov and grenade spam to see them coming, and with enough room to run away when inevitably they start to rain down on my original position. But I am getting tired of needing to dodge tons of molotovs every time I get into combat with raiders.
