I know a new patch is going to fix a few problems, but what I want to know is will it fix the broken quests that you can do for the Jarl's? I've completed the Civil War quest line, but I had Misc quests that I didn't do. Know that I'm trying to cut the list short by knocking off the easy ones, I can't back to certain Jarl's because they are no longer in power. It doesn't give me the option to remove quest items, and that's a problem.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Patch 3.1 isn't going to be fixing any quest bugs at all. That is a fact.

You can also google "patch 1.3 notes" and read exactly what it will be fixing.

It is only going to be fixing what 1.2 broke.

1.1 fixed some very minor quest bugs, but nothing significant.

It has been confirmed by Bethesda that the first quest fixing patch will come in January, and it will be specifically geared towards quest bugs, primarily.

I am playing on the 360 patch-free, and avoiding all quests and not downloading any patches until next month or later.
