its SO annoying, cause i dont know what can i do to fix it! tried EVERYTHING, Underclock the GPU, CPU, reinstall drivers, tried TONS of versions and always have this problem.. So is this a GPU Shader releated problem with the engine, or its a GPU problem?

Down bow you can see one of the problems, that gray thing, also the "blinking lightning" and water reflects..., that grey thing down the bow its not a video codec problem, thats one of the problems

(The video is on very high an smaax2, but no matters if i change it to low and without AA)
