Help,

I can't say exactly when this happened but my spouse has stopped offering meals or providing any marriage dialogue. I also stopped him from following me recently and whenever he's not following me he speaks to me in a strange hollow voice filled with insults, cheese brains, skeever butt, etc. in addition to using his regular voice. I resurrected him some time ago even though he was immortal and I didn't really need to do that and I'm guessing that's when the problems started, though I can't be sure. Is there any way to fix him? I also tried spawning a new copy of him but the clone gives the same insults.

I appreciate all the irony here but really, this is frustrating. Please help!

Yes, I have mods, including the NPC that is my husband. I suppose from your question that there isn't an easy fix? Darn. -E

If you have a mod that somehow modifies the NPC that is your spouse, try de-activating it and then see if the problem still occurs. This is quite likely to be the problem.
