I have a problem with Broken Steel mission "Who Dares Wins". Where every time I get into the vertibird after Blowing up the AFB/Citadel I either get stuck on the pad waiting for the orbital strike (it never happens), or I end up sitting in the vertibird without ever landing, respectively. I can use console commands to complete the quest and leave but the AFB/Citadel are still intact and everyones acts like the quest wasn't completed. Is there any way to either fix the mission or set it so that the AFB/Citadel is destroyed? Thanks in advance.
