Broken sword, rusty axe, bloody knuckles no more!

Well as much as the title says i want to make a few characters with different view of gameplay no more fighting at least i want to try to play the game without having to kill anyone or anything. A thief character and/or mage character but after that im gonna play a full warrior character no magic or any other crap just brute strength.
I was thinking of starting off with a burglar who will not only rob citizens but bandits and dungeon factions. I plan on not using magic or any weaponry just stealth and if i get my hands on some thievery mods
The topic is about you people giving me some nice ideas about what mods to download even quests are alright but i don't know yet
Thievery quests or mods anything you can come up with and some tool mods that could help me out a bit

Let There Be Darkness. Makes all dungeons very dark and hard to see in. I'm not sure if this effects the NPCs at all though, but it may make it easier to sneak.

Definitely TIE. FCOM and its parts are more focus on adding content to fighters, while TIE is geared towards sneakers.

Mmm. you'll want UVII when its out then. Lots of non-violent things in that increasingly inaccurately titled mod ;)

Running4Cover's list covers most of it, however are there any quest mods like blade of Chorrol?

This might have been covered in Running4cover's list but just in case. I think you will find this invaluable to your new play style : http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9655
Adds some handy arrows to assist in your non-lethal stealthyness. Rope arrows, knockout gas arrows, Grease Arrows, & I can't remember what others!

EDIT aha & noise maker arrows!

This is exactly what you're looking for. I believe you can buy them and theres also a quickstart esp that automatically adds the supplies to your inventory on startup.

Not sure what you are talking about? It's the same tent you see through out the game at bandit camps, etc. *shrugs*

Hmm, since no one has mentioned it, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5156, is probably the best quest mod ive seen, and even better, its for stealth characters, i definitely recommend it to you.
Its mostly just getting quests from this one guy to steal things, and then sell to him. Also be sure to download the patch.
