during a quest for a character there is a terminal that I need to use. I can't use it because my character gets stuck. Despite all fixes this glitch still happens every once in a while and is extremely frustrating.

When is there going to be a patch that fixes this once and for all?

I've heard that locking the game on 60hz/fps fixes the issue, because the game doesn't support higher refresh rates/fps.
