I had been playing on the new 1.1 update for awhile and everything seemed to be going perfect up until today. Nothing seemed to trigger it and nothing I do will fix it. My vault utilities will not decrease unless attacked by raiders or death claws. Along with that my dwellers can no longer take radiation damage or regular damage while scouring the wasteland. They also cannot collect anything and the log just stays on the same 0:00 message and nothing happens. Really hope this gets patched, spent a lot of time on my vault and would hate to have to make a new one.
