Since that was an unauthorized compillation mod hosted on megaupload, support for it is likely to be non-existent. Considering the http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1414019-relz-morrowind-overhaul-sounds-graphics-30/ has just been released, Brorrowind can also be considered obsolete.

Also I already have the MGSO but its not quite the same.

I'm sure if you know what mods were in the other compilation, you can download them individually and add anything that is missing from MGSO. I would not recommend running them together in any event.

That's a tough job, I guess if no one comes through, I'll have to do that.
