After destroying the Prydwen, are there still any Brotherhood of Steel in the wasteland? Is there someplace that they re-spawn like a random patrol.

Pretty sure remnants will attack you, every faction is like that.

Like attack my settlements? I guess that's something but I prefer to go out and hunt the bastards if I can.

I wouldn't expect there to be any Vertibirds left flying around I suppose.
