A BROTHERHOOD OF OUTCASTS *REBOOT* CS
Name: Charlie Moore
Age: 19
Faction: Outcasts, Defender
Appearance: Medium length black hair, light build, 5’10, Blue eyes
Armor: Recon Armor
Weapons: Combat Knife, G86 Plasma Pistol, Wattz 2000 Laser Rifle, P90
Misc: Right now nothing.
Personality: Charlie is an absent minded individual, he forgets what he is doing, where he is going, and this interferes with many tasks when it happens. However it is not a truly large problem, unless you need him to put down suppressing fire and he forgets to reload.
He is a disciplined individual and takes orders very well even if he question them and his superiors. However if something is truly not sensible then he will not do it. Charlie is also a bit of a kleptomaniac, he will take things that are not his, even if he does not need them, and this will often lead him into bad situations as it has in the past.
He is also a progressive Outcast he believes the rigid belief in the Codex will cause the Brotherhood to collapse and move towards something akin to the Lyons Brotherhood. This coupled with another outrage in his decision to become a Defender has caused many an Outcast to strongly dislike him.
Bio: Born and raised at Fort Independence under the banner of the Outcasts his life seemed to be as normal as possible. He was trained in the skills required by a person to survive cut off from the outside world. His mother and father were Specialist’s but in the Outcasts he grew up being taught by basically everyone. When he reached the proper age for him to choose his path, whether to become a Defender or a Specialist it was expected that he choose to become a Specialist based upon his light build, his size and the fact that he was not one of the best physically, he was one of the more intelligent, and especially his heritage, both of his parents were Specialist’s.
When he made his decision and decided to become Defender there was an uproar in the people whose children were to become the next generation of Defenders. They thought he had no right to take their positions. His mother and father became pressured and disowned him. When someone used violence to pressure his family Casdin moved his family to one of the Outcast Operations far from Independence. He has tried to continue to do his duty to the Outcasts but because of the lingering hate against him, he has never been put into a patrol. But that did not stop him from sneaking out of the Fort.
