Me and Rex have decided to reboot the RP, I am main GM and Rex is CO-GM but we both have equal amounts of power and equal amounts of influence in the plot. The NCR invasion is still going to happen but it is going to be drastically different from before. We hope that all previous members will re join the RP. J

A BROTHERHOOD OF OUTCASTS
Ten years have passed since the Lone Wanderer helped the Brotherhood finish Project Purity and destroy the Enclave once and for all. Life in the Capital Wasteland has improved drastically but is far from perfect, it is still plagued by Raiders, Slavers, Mercenaries, Wasteland Critters, and people who just don’t give a [censored]. The Brotherhood has recruited a high number of Wastelanders and has grown in strength but it still outnumbered by hostile factions. The Outcasts have started to become more of a prevalent force in the Capital Wasteland, wastelanders are seeing a lot more of them and they are more hostile then before. The Brotherhood of Steel has been watching them closely but they show no signs of hostility towards there former Brothers despite there disagreement.

You can be a Brotherhood of Steel member or Brotherhood Outcast.
The highest rank you can be is Paladin (Protector)
Outcasts Ranks are like this Specialist=Scribe Defender=Knight Protector=Paladin

NOTES
The Brotherhood of Steel captured a large amount of tech from the Enclave, most of it was destroyed or beyond repair but since the Brotherhood is such a small force numbering around 500-600 members it was more then Enough. So you can use Enclave Armor but if you are using it just know that
It has been painted grey and equipped with the Brotherhood of Steels logo.

The Brotherhood Outcasts number at around 100 members. This is not an exact number. Despite there small size they are still quite the force, they have salvaged a very, very small amount of Enclave tech from the Enclaves camps around the Wasteland but not nearly the amount that the Brotherhood of Steel has captured.

All factions in the Capital Wasteland are still around except the Enclave of course. We all know what happened to them. Also the Lone Wanderer was abducted and killed by the Mothership Zeta Aliens but no one knows that.

Bio:He was born in Megaton to caravan traders. When he was 5, they were both killed by raiders when their caravan was gunned down two miles from Megaton. He was alone since he was 5, he left Megaton when he was 15, when he got into a fight with his foster parent, Moria. He shot her dead and ran from Megaton. He hid out in Rivet City for awhile. When the Brotherhood started expanding. He took employment as a gatherer of supplies in sections where the Brotherhood couldn't, or wouldn't go. He wasn't considered "Brotherhood Personnel", but more of a "Affiliate of the Brotherhood". He now resides anywhere he can live.

Your good but the NCRs main weapon is the Service Rifle and there main Armor is the Trooper Armor. This time the RP will be following what has been set in the Fallout Universe.

I just gotta ask because its been bugging me for quite some time.

How come the original made no mention of the NCR? I think the problem with that was the NCR just invaded and you basically never told anyone the NCR was playing a major part? And then expected us to be cool with the NCR takign over and we had to do what they said?

Things won't be like that this time around, but I can't answer that question.

So then what is teh NCR's role, because when I signed up for the first one I was under the impression Names was beign Mattew Fraser, on NCR soldier, not their entire freakin army.

I will be controlling the NCR along with Rex. Names has plans that she can reveal. but they won't have any vehicles, they will slowly be moving into the Capital Wasteland, attacking small locations, getting the locals worried and such.

Abraham is very muscular, he has the build of a body builder. He has pale skin, mainly because he is usually always in his armor.

Personality: Abraham has been a Brotherhood of Steel member longer then most of the members have been alive. His life has always been dedicated to the Brotherhood of Steel which means his life has been dedicated to violence. This had had quite an effect on Abraham's personality. He does not [censored] around, not at all. And when he sees others [censored] around it pisses him off, and you don't want the Star Paladin pissed off at you. Especially Paladin Sharp. His fame and renown in the Brotherhood of Steel is so big that everyone respects him, but it doesn't mean they necessarily like him. In fact Abraham has made enemies with alot of the Brotherhood of Steel members, but these rivalries are non violent. Mostly verbal. Abraham is battle hardened and he hates jokes. His job is his life so he takes it serious. Despite his age he is more skilled and athletic then most of the other Brotherhood members.

Bio: Abraham was born in the year 2248, his mother and father were both Brotherhood of Steel Paladins. His childhood was like any other Brotherhood of Steel child. When Abraham turned six his parents were chosen to go to Washington D.C. on the East Coast, not wanting to be without his parents Abraham volunteered to be apart of the group heading to D.C. The Brotherhood eventually made it to the city of Pittsburgh. While in Pittsburgh the Brotherhood of Steel killed the mass amounts of raiders there and then headed to D.C. This event would later be called the Scourge and would lead to Abraham having nightmares about what happened there. When the Brotherhood of Steel finally made it to D.C. Abraham's parents were captured by Super Mutants, Abraham went to save his parents but was instead greeted to the sight of them being torn apart and eaten. Abraham exploded into rage and killed the four mutants that killed his parents. He then returned to the Brotherhood of Steel who had just taken over the Citadel. For the next few years Abraham would advance through the ranks of the Brotherhood eventually becoming Knight Captain at age 24. Abraham was sent to GNR to be the lead Brotherhood soldier there, and so he was for the next five years. When Abraham was 29 the Enclave showed up in the Capital Wasteland much to the surprise of the Brotherhood of Steel. An inevitable war broke out between the Enclave and Brotherhood of Steel but it lasted only a year. The Brotherhood of Steel won with help from the Lone Wanderer and Project Purity was activated, for Abraham's extraordinary work in the war he was promoted to Star Paladin. Ever since Abraham has been the Star Paladin and has devoted his life to helping the Brotherhood of Steel and the Capital Wasteland, the place he now considers his home. He still wishes to return to California one day, but that day may never come.
