PLOT
10 years have passed since the Lone Wanderer helped the Brotherhood of Steel defeat the Enclave. The Brotherhood has successfully ridden D.C. from the Super mutants; the Citadel has become a fortress on the fringe of D.C. But the wasteland has yet been tamed; mutants, raiders and all over types of people and creatures have multiplied over the wastes.

TIME LINE
2254
-A Brotherhood of Steel squad led by Owyn Lyons is sent to Washington, D.C. on the East Coast to search for technology and investigate reports of super mutant activity.
2255
-On the way to the Capital Wasteland, the Brotherhood expeditionary force attacks the raider town called "The Pitt" and razes it to the ground. These events are later known as the Scourge.
-The Brotherhood of Steel expeditionary force under Owyn Lyons arrives in the Capital Wasteland.
-The Capital Wasteland Brotherhood of Steel establishes the Citadel as their main base of operation in the ruins of The Pentagon.

-The Lone Wanderer is born.
2272
-Three Dog restarts Galaxy News Radio, operating under the protection of Brotherhood contingents.
2276
-Henry Casdin and several members of the Capital Wasteland Brotherhood of Steel leave the Citadel and form the Brotherhood Outcasts.

-The Lone Wanderer leaves Vault 101.
2278
-The Lone Wanderer activates Project Purity, and the Capital Wasteland was changed forever. Raven Rock is destroyed, as well as Adams AFB. The Brotherhood of Steel begins to distribute Aqua Pura to a thirsty Capital Wasteland.

-A lot has happened Owyn Lyons has died his daughter becomes the new elder.
-The super mutants are driven out of D.C.
-The wastes outside of D.C. are plagued with all sorts of creatures.

FACTIONS
The Brotherhood of Steel: After Project Purity went online the Brotherhood set about retaking and colonizing D.C. they successfully drive off the super mutants. You start at the Citadel.

The Outcasts: Relatively left alone by the Brotherhood the Outcasts continue to gather technology, Fort Independence has become a fully working base. You start at Fort Independence.

You can be either a BOS or a Outcasts.

All the other factions are still around, expect the Enclave, you just can't be one.
Also just to let people know one person in the RP will be NCR

Personality: A great leader, but can lead to lousy choices when a great pressure is put on him

Bio: Trained and brought up by the brotherhood , Trent made good friends and allies. But hated the fact that the Elder was had his eyes set on helping D.C instead of gather important tec and guns. So Trent and his squad made the choice to leave the brotherhood and join the Outcasts. While Trent and his squad-mates traveled there, Talon company ambushed them, with a ever lasting fight 1 by 1 his team died as the endless soldiers came. Trent was thrown off to the side of the road by an explosion greatly wounded his team-dead. Hours later bleeding out a patroll of Outcasts came across him, took him back to there base, where he was given a second chance and proved he was worthy of the Outcasts getting his own team.

Bio:He was born in Vault City. He signed on with the NCR at age 18. During a patrol in the Mojave, his squad was ambushed near Goodsprings by a group of Legionaries armed with Machetes doused with poison, and M-16s. He fought them back, killing the Legionaries, but not without getting wounded. He was awarded "The Silver Star of Vault City" and "The Purple Heart". The NCR expanded eastward. They now have use of old planes. Soon, they used them to paradrop men in. They gathered all their airforce arsenal, which included fighters flown by the Boomers, and started a Armada, bound to D.C, with thousands of troopers, along with Matt. A famous quote said before the mission took place was "I think we may be going a jump too far."

Bio: A man who used to be in the brotherhood of steel who left on his own, he was sick of all the fighting with not even a tankyou to all his sacrifices, so him and any other paladin/ knight members that felt the same left and created the Forgoten Steel Mercinary Band or (FSMB) for short. This was the second time the Brotherhood had taken a major loss since the outcasts except the only differance is that the FSMB did not steal any equipment when they left when the BOS revoked everything they simply gave it back with no fight then left.

All equipment they have now was earned from jobs and other things from the like there is no real standard issue iten and no real leader, every member has there old holotags on them and people take them as trophys if a member is killed on the job.

Fort Constantine is the HQ http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fort_Constantine they converted the security to assist them they do cintrol the ICBMs in storage as well but they as of right now have no intent to use them
