Hello Fellow Wastelanders,
First off I'd like to say have been loving fallout 4 a lot!! However i am unable to do the brotherhood of steel quests for some reason and i also believe that i can't do the railroad ones either! I finished the main story quest line with the nuclear option so i decided to go do the brotherhood of steel quests! However when i returned to Paladin Danse at the police station to talk to him after helping him fight off the ghouls he gave me a laser gun and ended the conversation so i spoke to him again and he talked about me making history etc. He ended that one too and walked off inside the police station and will not come out and I can't go in because its trespassing and they light me up like a Christmas tree! The quest to investigate the air balloon has failed for some reason and so has the mission to talk to the deacon! I don't know what to do i love the brotherhood of steel (who doesn't?) and i'd love to do there quests but it wont let me am i missing something???

Ok.. it's possible that the BoS and RR quests are tied into the main quest.

Having finished the story I can see no ties to the brotherhood. I am part of the minutemen however I have a friend who is part of them too but he is also brotherhood i just really want to join the brotherhood haha.
