Can't tell whether my game is broken or whether something else has to trigger the event, but my BoS progression seems to be halted. I've joined, but can't seem to be able to trigger the "Shadow of Steel" quest - I've tuned into the radio station, but it's dead, and no vertibird is on the roof of the police station. Danse also just keeps telling me he's busy or referring me to the other two members for the radiant quests.

Am I missing anything?

I made a thread with the same issue, you have to complete the 1st act in order to trigger the shadow of steel quest.
