As much as i like Bruma in Oblivion, it belongs in Cyrodill, so no...

Morrowind is... well, changed, to be blunt. It's sort of... blown up.

I'd like to take a journey over to High Rock or Hammerfell. Maybe that will be an expansion.

An expansion to return us to the Iliac bay? AWESOME! (A man can dream)

It would be neat to return, but I would prefer new content to old. Unless it was a very small and contained trip - just visiting the city of Bruma and not being able to leave the town or explore (it would be hard to come up with a plausible reason for invisible borders around the town. Kind of like that mission in GTA SA where you returned to LIberty City. But yeah, I would rather go somewhere new.

I guess if there's only 5 major cities then some of the cities on the map are either a) not major cities, in which case all the small towns probably won't be there B) are not included in the game, hopefully because the borders of Skryim shifted or we're not getting the whole province a la Morrowind. I hope there's a reason for their absence and not simply because they disappeared
Would prefer B since you can always add in extra content with mods or DLC (or honest expansions? Please please?

I think it would be pretty cool to have Bruma in the game.

I think it would be pretty cool for Skyrim to take place in Skyrim. Maybe that's just me though...

I don't think it will be in the game, but I guess you could add it in as a mod.

There's no way to do it... how would they wall off the rest of Cyrodiil?

From 8 cities to 5... me doesn't like it.. except if these 5 cities are huge, I mean really HUGE.

I guess, since there are 8 cities in skyrim, 3 of them will be destroyed by dragons...

I don't see Bruma fitting in to be honest but it would be cool to visit some old places to see what has become of them.

It'd be nice, but as people have noted:

1) If they did Bruma, they'd have a problem with viewing but not accessing the entire Nibenese Basin.

2) If they did Bruma, they'd be using resources to revisit a location and area already shown in a previous game (so far, Bethesda has avoided this except for Arena).

It won't happen. You can see all of cyrodill from Bruma, and that would mean they would have to put an ugly invisible wall somewhere.

It would be hilarious if you went back to bruma 200 years later only to find the Mages guild chapter is STILL on fire.
