I just accessed these two quests paid the bribe to jrondur and got the named guard update... I went outside to go meet with the other quest, vampire hunter gone awry. before i can get within allignment of the church for either the pub or the house of the lady for either quest... my game goes to permanent CTD. can not load game up. anyone know of conflicting issues with any mods or what could cause such a random CTD

can i physically move my character out of bruma in the editor?

i can stay in the inventory screen permanently as far as i can tell. i can not fast travel to any location though. I also can not move more than 5 feet from where i loaded in. if it loads in at all. this happend as soon as i jumped onto the house of the vampire slayer victim for that quest with the dark elf and treasure key.

Nothing to do with oblivion gates I havent started the quest.
