On the PC version, sometimes arrows don't shoot properly. Although you pull the bowstring back all the way, the arrows don't shoot more than 5 or 6 feet. I haven't determined what causes it, but to fix it, I traded all of my bows to my companion, then traded them back. I'm not sure if that will work every time.

Same thing happened to me earlier, decided to take a break from a warrior and try to do an archer, and I was like O.o thinking I missed really bad, and I took like two steps forward and there was my arrow laying right in front of me. I kind of lol'd, but then I stopped playing the archer.

I fixed this bug by switching arrow types then bows then firing an arrow with the bow i switched; then re arming my original items everything worked fine
