So far i got the idea that if you lvl 10+ skills then you'll be able to put +5 in that skill's governing attribute
I started the game with a redguard who had 65 in endurance and 60 in strength
I set the hth skill from 35 to 50+ and heavy armour from 35 to 50+, but on the lvl up i still can only put 2 in str and 4 in endurance - am i missing something here?
