So i have endurance 6.I apply 3 or 4 implants(i m not sure) and when apply another one doctor says that i cannot apply other and i must raise my endurance.No problem i know that implants depends from endurance and i reach limit.BUT some meds like BUFFOUT raise endurance.Temporaly of course.But even when i take this kind of medicine doctor still says that i must raise my endurance.But my temporaly endurance is enought for implants.Is this a bug or a feature and i must raise endurance temporaly(with perk intence training for example)?

Temporary endurance buffs will not let you get additional implants. Also, getting the endurance implant will not let you get one more implant, it "costs" endurance just like the other ones.

It's based on your BASE Endurance, that means temporary increases (Buffout, Brahmin Steak, etc.) don't count. If you raise your Endurance via the Intense Training perk then yes, you're eligible for another implant.

The only way to gain an extra Implant, is by getting the Intense Training perk +1 END. There is no other way to increase your availability for implants, this includes all temporary measures as well as the +1 END implant too.

yes i try this with implants that add endurance and didnt work :shocking: .Ok thanks to all.I tnihnk that way too but i want to be sure...To bad that i need other perks more then intense training.Maybe dlc with more level cap in future will help me :disguise:

I thought you could get a number of implants equal to your Endurance. I have END 3 and installed 3; did the OP just miscount how many had been applied before being denied?

It is a Feature of Fallout.
Implants worked like this in Fallout 2 as well when one visited the Doc in Vault City.
