All three of my female companions have the same, ugly face that isn't their default.

Female NPCs seem to be fine from what I can tell.

I never screw around in console, usually. There was one Brotherhood Scribe Escort quest where I was trying to make a female scribe invulnerable or something because the quest was giving me trouble, I can't remember the commands I used beyond that. It didn't work for her.

Now; however, on ALL of my saves from one hour to 6 days of play, these three characters have the awful face.

I even started a new game and this is a problem.
What happened?

More importantly, how can I fix this?

You have tried starting a new game ..

How about trying a new game .. With no mods installed ( not just disabled, completely uninstalled, all the mods files removed from Data )

Until the G.E.C.K is released no mods can be trusted to be problem free

The vanilla game certainly does not present this problem for me anyway
