Dweller puts away extinguisher at end of fire event, but foam spray persists. Spray remains "attached" to dweller, but does not reorientate with them - sprays only in the direction it was spraying during the event.

Player view is fully zoomed out and,

Dweller is assigned to room prior to fire (rather than during).
