Thought everyone could post any bugs they encounter here along with the console it was encountered on and where it happened etc. Also if you've tested it maybe you could add that. I was thinking If we had a good list it would help get specific bugs elminated.

xbox360 - Anti-Material Heat Vision - With a rifle loaded with incinidary ammo scan a target in vats then exit and they are now lit on fire.
xbox 360 - "Free" The gans all here acheivement, I did not hire 2 other companions, cass and victoria? (can't remeber her name) But got it after re-hiring Raul for the about th 3rd time.
xbox360 - Weathered 10mm pistol cannot be modded.
