In quest Pull The Plug, when player convince Sully Mathis to give player more money through two successful dialogue checks, player will still receive just 100 caps after finishing it.

Do you have high enough Charisma? The end result relies on this.

Inside the only lit trailer the player character can find "Thicket Excavations Terminal" which holds "Sully's journal" holotape. The tape is priced at 888 bottle caps!
So, i don't see any bug here...

I have successfully passed charisma checks (two of them) and Sully agreed to pay me more. However upon successfully finishing the quest, he gives only 100 caps instead (original sum). Happened on several playtroughs so it's probably not random.
