Any time a vault dweller in the Wasteland replaces their weapon, when they return the weapon (despite showing in their inventory before returning) is nowhere to be found after entering the vault. Support ticket was unhelpful, so I thought I would post here to try and let the developers know.

Same here. All the rare items I collect disappear after collecting. They show up as new items in the collection list but not in the storeroom. This started 2 days ago.

Just noticed that if I dont check the items in inventory of the exploring dweller I collect the items. But if I have checked it they wont be collected. Hope this will be fixed.

Just to update: Colonel Autumn lost Smuggler's End, Harkness lost Infiltrator, and one of my dwellers lost Charon's Shotgun. I can't even send someone into the Wasteland with a half decent weapon for fear of losing it when they equip something different.
