BUG! ROCK IT LANCHER!

Post » Fri Jul 30, 2010 9:37 pm

In Fallout 3 Ioved using the rock it launcher since it was right down the alley of wasteland ingeneuwity. It was fun to use and really zany. When I found the schematics for the rock it launcher in the boomers hangers in new vegas, I was really happy to see that I would be able to build the gun. So I scowered the wasteland for the vacum clenaer wasn't easy though. Then the wood chipper, which was even harder. Then a firehose nozzle kinda hard and the conducter was easy. So I finally find all the parts and when I get to the work bench it's not even on the list to make it so I am very P.O.ed and want to destroy the game. Bethesda or Obsidian has to fix this Bug since it makes me very sad. :brokencomputer: :brokencomputer:

Your game must not be updated. The Rock It Launcher schematic itself was removed from the game a patch or two ago.

The Rock-It Launcher was cut from New Vegas before release, but the developers forgot to cut the schematics for it at that time. As ghouls mentioned, the schematic has been removed in subsequent patches.

Most of the craftable weapons from FO3 were cut from New Vegas - the Shishkebab appears as a complete weapon that you get from vendors or enemies, but it is seriously nerfed. The only one left that you can craft is the bottlecap mine, but cherry bombs are so rare in NV that you can't make more than a handful of them.
