This issue seems to be there since day 1. I guess none of the patches address it.

I've found this can occur when someone can't reach a bed. ie: They're a bit close together, or the NPC is trying to get in from a side thats up against a wall.

Otherwise, only other place I have this occur is Covenant and that was due to the beds there being owned (Scrapped the existing ones and replaced them)

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Though, I've not had it occur since the beta update.

Instead, the problem seems to occur with my water supply. Tells me I have zero, even though I have a dozen pumps at a settlement.

It seems to me that they did not fixed much from the day beta was released to yesterday when we got a new official version. I have played since day 1 of beta releas and installed new version yesterday. Nothing have been changed what I have noticed while playing.

I do have the same issue. Going to play as I normal do and see if TV / jukeboxes still create a mess. When I fastravel, I will do what the game tells me to do, use default fastravel locations.
