the Jarl's steward at Dragonreach wont give me the option of buying more furniture...I bought the house and nothing more, and now he wont give me the option of buying more....

am I going to the wrong person?? or is this a bug/??

Use wait and wait for a couple of hours and try again, seems he only sells furniture certin parts of day.

was the same for me until i slept for 8 hours in my new house. after that the dialog-option appeared

I find that if I talk to him outside by the table he always has the furniture option. Talking to him inside it's not always there.

Weird, I experienced the total opposite. No option to buy when he's outside....only inside will he offer the goods.

He doesn't sell furnitures when he's in the grand porch part of Dragonsreach.

When he is in the throne room you can buy it.
