For context, this is the quest that starts at Bunker Hill that requires you to go to Cabot House. I'm on the second part of this quest called "Special Delivery" which requires you to pick-up a Mysterious Serum. I've picked it up and then put it in my safe house on accident. I then went to turn in the quest to Deegan without the serum which gave me a different dialogue. So then i ran out went to my settlement grabbed the serum and tried to turn it in. Now Deegan won't even give me a dialogue and i can't finish the quest. Has this happened to anyone as well, and any tips on making this work?
