I talked to Desmond and he told me to plant the jammer on to the Ferris Wheel, when I got the jammer I went out of the building and quick travelled there, when I tried to put the jammer on it will say "There is no power" and I also can't hear Calvert when your meant too. I found out that that thing that caused this was quick travelling and other people said it can not be fixed. Can you guys help?
