So I just stumbled across a small bug. I decided to bind my Ammo Swap key somewhere else to see if I could have the 2 key be a hotkey. Well, I found out that wasn't currently possible, so I decided to try to rebind my Ammo Swap key to 2, and it gave me a message saying "This key cannot be reassigned" or something like that.

I managed to fix this myself by changing the setting back in the .ini, but I just wanted to make people aware of this small oversight.

In short, DO NOT BIND YOUR AMMO SWAP KEY TO ANOTHER KEY, AS YOU CANNOT BIND IT BACK OR TO ANOTHER KEY AFTERWARD!!!

This was the first thing I discovered. I just reset the keys to default and it put 2 back to ammo swap. I think I'm still going to bind the ammo swap to something else. In Fallout 3 I used to the 2 key for pistol/close range weapons. I can't get used to it and keep hitting 2, luckily I don't have any alternate ammo to switch to right now.
