i own skyrim on steam and would like to put a report in about a common bug in skyrim that wasnt solved with the new patch

Bug

If you learn the first word of the shout at Northwind Summit and then go to Valthume you ll learn the third word next but it won t appear in the shouts list because the second word hasn t been learned After this the word wall for the second word in Volunruud won t work at all the word wall sound effects are played but nothing happens when it is approached

this has happened to me and it is very disheartening to be stuck without a word of a shout v__v if you could add this to a vote for a fix for this issue that would be great afterall shouts are a huge part of this game and being kept from getting one without the use of command prompt seems rather cruel

i just wanted to post about it to make sure the issue gets handled quickly and not forgotten instead, maybe with luck enough complaints will get this bug pushed up on the to do list for next patch
