Hello. I've been playing for about 50 hours and I am level 45. Now I am stuck and I think it's a bug. So here is the information.

Quest: Liberty Reprimed. - Speak to Proctor Ingram unchecked and a check mark on Follow Proctor Ingram.

I gave her the holotape after betraying The Institute.

When I go to talk to her it's always the same conversation. That I want the chip back and I get four options in the conversation: Up: What's the difference?. Right: Just give it to me. Down: Minitmen. Left: Sarcastic.

I have tried them all but when the conversation is done the same conversation starts again and I don't get the holotape back.

I also have this quest.

Quest: Inside Job. - Give holotape to Sturges. But I can't get it from Proctor Ingram and I cant continue the Brotherhood of Steel storyline.

What I have tried so far.

Kill Proctor Ingram. Yes she has the holotape on her body.

Pickpocket. Doesn't work, she keeps turning and she is friendly so it doesn't work.

Load for previous save. Yes but I loose 12 levels and I wish to avoid this option.
