I killed the robobrain, and now it wont let me install the device on ADA. Any help would be awesome.

did you build a Robot Workshop at any of your settlements?

just 1 i installed it but the quest wont complete

I noticed a couple of times that I'd get told to do something and it seemed like nothing happened. But the quest changed to talk to.... And the indicator floated above that character. Once I talked to them one quest would end and another would begin.
