Dunno if this has been reported before, but the wandering tradesman usually visiting the Mojave Outpost seems to be bugged. Whenever I try to trade with him, the game freezes - regardless of what transaction I'm involved with. There have been no issues with any other trader - actually, I haven't hade any crashes or problems at all with anything else in the game - excepting trade with this specific NPC.
